Celia Anderson, Executive Director - Skills, EEEGR

Celia Mackie

Celia took on the role of director of Skills For Energy for the East of England in April 2008. This followed her dual role of programme director and liaison between the oil and gas industry and national government on skills issues.

To undertake these roles, Celia has been seconded out of the Government's Department of Business Enterprise Business and Regulatory Reform (BERR) since 2005.  She has also worked in a diversity of areas in the Civil Service including ergonomics, staff training and environmental protection.

Having originally graduated from Aberdeen University, she has recently completed an MBA with the Open University and a 26.2 mile marathon.

Charlotte Upcraft - Personal Assistant to Celia Anderson

Charlotte is personal Assistant to Celia Anderson, executive director of skills at EEEGR as well as John Best, EEEGR CEO.

Charlotte also provides administrative support to the EEEGR team and is key to the day-to-day running of Skills for Energy.

Holly Harvey - Events Co-ordinator, EEEGR

Holly Harvey - Events Co-ordinator

Holly's role in Skills for Energy is to develop and manage an events schedule of breakfasts, conferences and other networking opportunities. Starting with the first ever Skills for Energy Conference 'Collaborate to Succeed' which is taking place on the 14th October 2009.

Holly has experience in event management following her role as an account executive at Pan Publicity in Gorleston, where she organised events for four market leading clients.

Nikki Collings - Marketing Co-ordinator, EEEGR

Nikki Collings, Marketing Co-ordinator

Since joining the team in November 2008, after graduating with a BA Hons Degree in Business Management, Nikki has taken the lead on marketing and communications for Skills for Energy.

Nikki is keen to further develop the Skills for Energy brand and is the driving force behind the website and the Skills for Energy Newsletters.
